The Program Link in My Email Isn’t Working
If you received your program email but the link isn’t working, don’t worry! Here are a few simple steps you can try to access your program successfully.

Option 1: Right-Click the Link
If the link appears to be broken or doesn’t highlight fully:
Right-click (or press and hold on mobile) the link.
Select “Copy link address.”
Paste it into your browser's address bar to access your program.
Option 2: Use the "Access Program" Button
Some emails include a button labeled “Access Program.”
Clicking this button will also take you directly to your program.
Still Not Working?
If you’re still having trouble:
Double-check that you’re using the same email you signed up with.
Try opening the email in a different browser or device.
