What should I do if I haven’t received my program access email?

To Access Your Program

After you purchase, you'll receive a receipt and email with instructions to setup your account. You will be prompted to create your account when you first sign in.

Your program is available inside the Redefining Strength Member Area here:

members.redefiningstrength.com

If you haven't created your account yet you can click the sign up button on that page.

If you've created your account already go to that page and enter the email address you used when you purchased. You can log in with a magic link or with your password if you have already created one.

If you do not see the access email, the email came from [email protected].

Please also check your spam, junk, promotions, or updates folders.

If you still cannot log in, there may have been a typo in the email address entered at purchase. Please email us at [email protected] and include the name and email address you used when signing up.
