To find your workouts in the app, you will click on the Coaching tab and scroll to the bottom of the page to find “Programs.”
From here you can preview the progression options to then select the one that best meets your needs and goals.

If you're wanting to find a specific program, Dynamic Strength has an awesome search feature. You'll want to update or download the latest version of the app (version 3.28 for iOS users and version 3.28. 1 for Android users).
