Click the Ask A Question button in the bottom right of this page and click send email and let us know what program you were charged twice for.
Just let us know your name, email and program you purchased and we'll refund the charge the same day.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT do this through your bank or credit card company. If you call your bank and say there was a duplicate charge it can take 6 weeks for them to process your refund.
