What it is: 

I want you to feel confident that Redefining Strength provides you with everything that I say I will. If you do not feel as though I came through on my promise, simply send an email to [email protected] and I would be happy to refund your purchase.  

What it is not:

The satisfaction guarantee is not your scapegoat for having buyer’s remorse,  saying the program is not in the format you were looking for, saying the program is “too hard”, saying that now is not the right time to get started or that you “purchased the program by mistake”. Harsh? Maybe, but it is my personal belief that when you financially invest in yourself, you are far more likely to utilize the tools available to you. And I want you to be 100% certain you WANT to invest in yourself BEFORE you buy which is why you can find this policy on every page.

My tools have been developed to enable you to take control of your lifestyle, mentality and ultimately your self-confidence. I have developed a system to educate YOU to create sustainable results - but the first step starts with you.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Redefining Strength can accept returns of products or services purchased directly from Redefining Strength and in accordance with the restrictions below.

Although I strive to minimize processing times, refunds may take over one week to process once I receive all required information and/or product(s).

Redefining Strength will not cover or reimburse you for shipping costs for returns or exchanges.

  1. eBooks, Digital Downloads, Meal plans, Challenges, and Coaching

eBooks, instant downloads, programs with lifetime access, custom meal plans, workout plans, coaching, challenges, macro maps and no track plans are not eligible for refunds or exchanges for any reason.

  1. Apparel 

Apparel purchased directly from Redefining Strength may be exchanged or returned for a refund or Redefining Strength store credit. The apparel item(s) must be deemed unworn, unwashed, and all original tags and labels must be attached to the item(s). If the apparel is deemed worn a refund will not be issued. To be considered for a refund or exchange, the return must be requested within 30 days of the purchase. 

  1. Supplements

You can return your unopened or opened items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or store credit. Items on sale, stacks, and bundles are not eligible for returns.

  1. Physical Books, Card Decks and Equipment.

You can return unopened item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Your item must be unused and unopened in order to be returned. If a digital version of the program is included you will be refunded the difference from the price of the physical product down to the price of the digital product.

  1. Virtual or In-Person Event Tickets

All event ticket sales are final. Tickets purchased for a Redefining Strength event may not be returned or exchanged for a full or partial refund.
