Redefining Strength is committed to delivering exceptional service and results. This policy explains the terms under which refunds may be issued for products or services purchased directly through Redefining Strength. Please note that while we strive to process any approved refunds promptly, it may take up to one week after receiving the necessary information or returned product(s) to complete the process.


1:1 Coaching and Inner Circle

Redefining Strength fully invests in your success. That means providing qualified coaches, trainers, and dietitians, creating a personalized plan, and giving you the ongoing support needed to help you get results.

When you join one of our coaching programs, we reserve a spot for you and commit our team resources to your success. We go all in on you, and we ask that you go all in too.

This applies to our 1:1 Coaching programs and Inner Circle programs that include 1:1 coaching support.

We put that commitment in writing with our Strong For Life Double Guarantee.

What is the Strong For Life Double Guarantee?

If you complete the full program, follow it exactly as advised, and don’t see any results, we will:

Refund

We will refund 100% of the money you paid for coaching

Ongoing Coaching

Continue to train you for free until you do see results.

To qualify, you must follow your workout and nutrition plans as advised and stay actively engaged in your check-ins and program tasks. If you choose to disengage or don’t follow the program, the guarantee doesn’t apply.


Dynamic Strength App

You can cancel your subscription or terminate your account at any time. When you log in to the app, you will see a “Purchases” section where you can manage your credit card information and cancel recurring subscriptions. If you need assistance with canceling, please email us at [email protected].

After canceling, you will continue to have access to your materials until your next scheduled billing date. After that date, your access to the platform will be discontinued.

Please note that no refunds are issued for payments already made. Canceling a subscription or terminating an account does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription or any past charges.

It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged. We do not offer retroactive refunds for failure to cancel on time.


Digital Programs, Challenges, and Sale Items

Redefining Strength offers a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase on eligible digital programs, including The Metabolic Shred and Macro Hacks, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

To prevent abuse, we are only able to honor one refund per customer across our digital programs. If you have already received a refund on a previous course or program, future digital program purchases are no longer eligible for a refund.

Challenges, promotional bundles, and items purchased during seasonal sales or clearance events, including Black Friday promotions, are not eligible for refunds.


Custom Supplements

Due to the individualized nature of our custom supplement formulations, returns and refunds are not available once your consultation with a Redefining Strength Registered Dietitian has been scheduled.

We do allow cancellations prior to your consultation, but a $50 cancellation fee will apply. After the consultation is scheduled, all sales are final.


Apparel

Apparel purchased directly from Redefining Strength is eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and labels attached. Apparel that is deemed worn or washed will not be eligible for a refund. Qualifying returns can be refunded or exchanged for store credit.


Virtual or In-Person Event Tickets

All sales for events and workshops are final. This includes both virtual and in-person Redefining Strength events, workshops, and seminars. Tickets and registrations may not be returned, refunded, or exchanged for any reason.
