Every month, five new programs are added to your library, two baseline programs (one bodyweight, one geared toward the gym/lifting) and two more intermediate/advanced programs (one bodyweight/one lifting) and then one bonus program!
You’ll still have access to all the previous months programs. Feel free to repeat any program as much as you want. There are also programs with timed intervals, compound moves, and much more. With so many options, you’ll never run out of ways to challenge yourself each month. We're always here to help you pick a program so don't hesitate to reach out!
Sometimes you’ll see people asking for certain programs to be added to their library. If you’re an annual member, you get access to past programs too, but there isn’t a catalog—just what people mention in the forum or what Cori talks about.
