This article explains how to cancel your subscription so it will not automatically renew. You’ll also learn what happens to your access and data after cancellation.
Visit https://client.everfit.io/login and log in using your credentials.
Click on your profile or menu, then select Packages or Subscriptions. Review your active subscriptions.
Find the subscription you wish to cancel. Click Cancel or Manage, then follow the prompts to set your subscription to cancel at the end of the current billing cycle. This prevents automatic renewal.
Ensure you receive a confirmation on screen or by email that your subscription is set to cancel. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

After You Cancel
After your paid period ends, your access to workouts and app features will be removed. If you rejoin in the future, your previous data (such as workout history) will not be restored..
Can I cancel my subscription from the confirmation email?
No. To cancel, you must log in to your account through the website at https://client.everfit.io/login.
Will I be charged again after I cancel?
No. Once you set your subscription to cancel, it will not renew. You will not be charged after the current billing period ends.
Can I access the app until my subscription expires?
Yes. You keep access for the remainder of your current paid period.
What happens to my data after cancellation?
Your workout and progress data will be deleted after your subscription ends. If you rejoin, this information cannot be restored.
