I promise we aren't ignoring your email!
If we haven't responded it's because of one of two reasons.
1. You had a typo in the email address. the correct email is "[email protected]"
2. Your email got filtered to a spam folder. This tends to happen more with yahoo and hotmail email addresses.
Click on "Ask A Question" in the bottom of your screen and click "send us an email" this will submit a support ticket and we'll get back to you asap!
